Do not be found under the bed

There is this popular story of a  man that was found under the bed of a married woman. ' I am not here to sleep with her!' he declares . So, the question on everybody's mouth is ,'What were you doing under the bed?
'Most people have heard the story of the aluu4.Or should I say, most people have heard a version of what happened at Aluu Village in Port-harcourt on the 5th of October 2012 and how the Community of Aluu decided to be the Judge, Jury and Executioner. And how they killed four young men in cold blood, in broad daylight and with an audience.
Some versions of the story have it that the four young men were armed robbers that had been terrorizing the area and finally met their waterloo when they went to steal laptops and phones.
Another version has it that, they were cultists 'ruffling' a fellow member and collecting dues.
Yet another version has it that they simply went to collect a debt . The debtor had given them a tough time so they decided to take things into their own hands. The young men ambushed the debtor(name and whereabouts still unknown) very early in the morning and collected his laptop and phones in lieu of the funds being owed.
Now, unless Tekena, Chidiaka, Llyod and Ugonna can rise up and tell us the whole story the picture may never be complete. As I watched the horrific video of how Four young men were beaten to a pulp by supposed christians and human beings, I couldn't help but think ,'These could have been my brothers' I have 5 younger brothers between the age range of 24-14.
For several nights I pondered over the question , ' If they had been in their rooms that morning and not decided to "collect" by themselves , would their fate still being the same?' I sampled opinions and I finally concluded that if any of the young men had decided to take a different route that day, they would not have come to such a sad end.
As a sister, I implore the young men and women of today, Please do not be found under the bed. Do not expose yourself to situations that may be mistaken for what it is not. Perharps that is what the bible meant when it says' There is a way that seemeth right to a man, but the end thereof is destruction''
That being said however, Nothing justifies the brutal murder of any body much less by a savage and barbaric community acting extra-judicially.
